MYESHA FRANCIS
Myesha Francis is a distinguished visual artist, curator, and accomplished arts entrepreneur. Her artistic legacy includes notable placements in esteemed public and private collections, notably The Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture.
Academically, Myesha holds a B.A. in Art History and Studio Art from the University of Texas at Arlington, supplemented by an M.A. in Museum Studies from Southern University at New Orleans. Her international exposure includes focused studies in art expertise at the Lorenzo de Medici Art Institute in Florence, Italy, and extensive exploration of visual arts and artists in Rwanda, Senegal, Ethiopia, and Cameroon.
Beyond her artistic pursuits, Myesha has demonstrated a profound commitment to education. She has effectively imparted knowledge and inspiration to diverse audiences, ranging from school classrooms to the innovative platforms of her business ventures. Notable among these are the paint and sip sessions offered by Passion 2 Paint and the Kids Ka Doodle program, both instrumental in fostering creativity among participants.
